DELIVERY

postage plus handmade time can take anywhere from 

3-14 working days In the UK and 5-18 Internationally. 




- ALL UK DELIVERIES are sent via Royal Mail 2nd Class Service which costs £2.80.

- At the checkout you can pay extra for Royal Mail First Class which costs £3.20


- First Class customers will be made a priority and should expect their delivery within

 3-5 days. Please take in to account that our products are made to order by one person. 




-International Shipping cost is £6.00 and is sent by Royal Mail 1st class.

 (Customs or tax charges are the responsibility of the customer)




 We Do Not - Hold responsibility for lost parcels due to the customer providing  

 incorrect postage address details. If a parcel is lost due to the customer providing

 the wrong postal address this is the customers responsibility. However if the parcel

 is lost by the post office themselves there are a number of things we can do to ensure your parcel arrives in  tact.




 REFUNDS & RETURNS

 We Do Not Offer Refunds for any of the following.

- Knew an item was faulty when bought

- Damaged an item by trying to repair it themselves or getting someone else to do it.

- No longer want an item (eg because it's the wrong size or colour )

 We Do Offer Refunds for the Following.

- If an item is damaged or broken and returned to us within 14 days.

 (please note items which are damaged due to general wear and tear or

  neglect will not be classed as damaged and a refund will not be given)
